Jody Gallaway, President and Senior Regulatory Biologist

Jody Gallaway is the founder and prior owner of Gallaway Consulting Inc. (1998-2009). Mrs. Gallaway now owns and manages Gallaway Enterprises. She has extensive experience managing staff, contractors, large scale multi‐disciplinary projects, coordinating with multiple agencies, satisfying regulatory requirements, and developing project specific solutions. Attention to document quality, accuracy, project budgets, project scheduling, and a desire to build collaborative environments are just some of the reasons that Mrs. Gallaway has been a successful environmental consultant in Northern California. Mrs. Gallaway brings over 21 years experience to any project with a history of delivering projects within budget and on schedule. As a native of northern California and avid sportswomen, Mrs. Gallaway is very knowledgeable regarding the ecological communities, regulatory setting, and natural history of California’s wildlife.

Kevin Sevier, MRTP, Vice President and Senior Planner

Kevin has 20 years of experience in environmental compliance and transportation planning in California. His involvement with environmental compliance includes the management of biologists, botanists, arborists, acoustical engineers, cultural resource specialists, and transportation engineers to develop supporting technical documentation for acquisition of development entitlements, CEQA/NEPA compliance, state and federal environmental permitting requirements..

Mr. Sevier’s past involvement with transportation planning included, developing multi-modal, pedestrian and bikeways plans, assisting in the design and layout of pedestrian facilities. Currently his focus is gaining CEQA/NEPA and permit compliance for state and federally funded transportation projects, working with local agencies through the Caltrans Local Assistance procedures, and developing site specific mitigation measures for bridge and roadway projects.  Since 2011 Kevin has fulfilled the role of Senior Planner at Gallaway Enterprises.

Elena Gregg, Senior Botanist/Arborist

Elena Gregg is Gallaway Enterprises’ Senior Botanist/Arborist. Mrs. Gregg, brings 13 years of experience to our team. Not only is Mrs. Gregg an outstanding botanist and arborist, she is certified to sample vernal pool invertebrates, is knowledgeable about mitigation planning, vernal pool restoration, SMARA permitting, and conducting assessments using the California Rapid Assessment Method. As a member of our senior staff, Mrs. Gregg is a project manager and develops regulatory solutions to facilitate project approvals.
