Each senior staff member at Gallaway Enterprises has an average of 10 years experience with moving projects through the complex regulatory process. Our experience allows us to develop project specific permitting strategies that include appropriate mitigation and compliance measures. Having extensive knowledge of the regulatory process including the CEQA/NEPA process enables us to provide a unique solution and plan for each project we take on. Getting things done right the first time and providing solutions before problems arise continues to provide the most value to our clients and it is why our clients continue to come back time and again. We have developed a unique specialization in assisting clients with the resolution of Clean Water Act Section 404 and 401 violations, Endangered Species Act Violations and California Fish and Wildlife code violations. On behalf of our clients we negotiate full resolution of unauthorized activities, prepare corrective action plans and provide common sense solutions.
